Wander through the narrow alleyways of the Golden Gai District in Shinjuku, Tokyo and you may just find yourself at the doorstep of the Kimpton Shinjuku Hotel. Paying tribute to New York City’s industrial chic, this newly opened luxury hotel bathes guests in Japanese artistry and ethereal light. Kimpton came to the Brand Design team at PG&Co. requesting a bilingual and bespoke identity for their new property. We delivered a stunning and flexible identity system that we applied across a wide array of print collateral and digital assets, from the room keycards down to printed maps showing guests how to reach the hotel from nearby Shinjuku Station.
